SAND IN THE GEARS, RIP: Tony Woodlief has announced his retirement from the blogosphere, as of an hour ago. A shame–he’s got interesting things to say. But his rationale is a reasonable one. For those not in academe, professional punditry, or otherwise living “the life of the mind,” publishing one’s uncensored thoughts has potentially serious repurcussions.
