KOREAN TRADEOFF

Apparently confusing Colin Powell for Madeline Albright, North Korea offered yesterday to dismantle their nukes in exchange for “considerable” concessions. It seems like we played that game before in 1994 to no avail. While I would expect the US to be willing to negotiate I can’t imagine this Administration is going to just hand them a large chunk of cash if they promise to be nice.
