Congrats!
Very cool man. I’m sure you did the hard part.
Lots of guys obsess over sons, and obviously I love my son, but nothing will more quickly make a man go misty-eyed than a hug from his daughter. And now with two girls one can wear the other one’s hand-me-downs.
Kidding about that last. No way. You just signed on for many more trips to Justice and Claires down the road.
Ah, Claire’s: they break a man in under 10 minutes.
Obama had two girls too. Clearly more evidence of the left wing tilt on this blog! π
Congrats to your family.
Congratulations! Two girls works rather well, as we can attest.
Congrats!
My congratulations as well.
Congrats!
L’chaim!
Congratulations π
Congrats to you AND your bride. Remember when you were single, how life and times change.
That’s a big baby! Congrats!
Congratulations! If that doesn’t reassert what is really important in life vs. politics, I dunno what will.
Stormy, George W. Bush also had two daughters… but he was considerably more efficient about getting them than James or Obama.
J.
CONGRATS!!!!
Congratulations!
Elizabeth, great name. I chose it for one of my daughters, too. Congratulations to the entire family.
Congrats
Congrats.
Congratulations… she looks good ‘n healthy. I hope mom gets some sleep.
Congratulations! But more importantly, I hope you don’t plan on using Elizabeth’s birth as an excuse to let up on posting. π
Congrats!
They make you wear masks in the delivery room now? That’s socialist. “C’mon, doc, it’s only a flavor saver, not SARS.”
Congratulations, and I’ll just add what one of my youngest cousins said when we learned his brother and sister-in-law were having twin girls – Dude, you’re gonna be spending a lot of time at the mall. \
Congrats!
Congratz James!
Nice, I’m a bit jealous that you’re getting all the girls, but congratulations nonetheless!
Mazel Tov. And who is that masked Man?
Congratulations to you and your wife! And Elizabeth’s big sister.
Congrats to all – may she sleep through the night. π
congrats as well!
Awesome! Good to hear, James!
Congratulations!
Congratulations to you and your wife!
Grats! Hope Mom recovers quickly from the section.
Steve
Blessings upon your family with this joyful news!
Congratulations, hope all is well, and Big Sister is happy with Little Sis taking up the marginal attention.
Congratulations!
Oh, and if you don’t have a minivan yet, you will soon.
You are insane James…or your first kid was well behaved.
Congratulations mate.
Congratulations to you and your growing clan!
Congratulations. All the best to the growing family!
Congratulations !
Congratulations, James. I will say as an older father of three small children, the joy increases with each child. Sure, the headaches increase as well, but the joy far surpasses it.
Again, congratulations to the entire Joyner family.
Where did Katie get that pretty curly hair? I’m envious.
And I like the diminutive “Ellie,” not that you should care.
@Janice: Thanks. Ellie is more commonly a diminutive for Eleanor but I like it a lot. Katie’s hair is courtesy of my mother. Mine would be fairly curly, too, if I didn’t get it cut short every 2-3 weeks.
Congratulations, James. Totally awesome. I’ve got two myself (age 6 and 8) and it’s totally awesome watching them grow together.
Despite the bitter partisan sniping that can sometimes go on in the comment section here, this is one topic that I can say we are all bipartisan on.
Again, congrats.
Congratulations James!
Congratulations with the new baby – and nice to see a pic of Katy again too π
katie, not katy…. my sister-in-law is called katy so the fingers followed the better known route π
(grin) Nice to see, James.
