I’m sittin’ in my tree just trying to chill, you know? Maybe do some preening, maybe pick off a few lice, like any normal bird. But the fukkin paparazzi are on my ass. Using my image without my permission, which is just so human, if you know what I mean. They don’t care. I could be trying to squeeze out an egg. No respect. No respect at all. Mavis, call my lawyer!

I was walking along a nearby canal last weekend, and spotted a heron looking intently at the water.
Sat down and watched for about half-an-hour before it made a strike at a fish.
    A very patient fisherman.

    Also, heron pudding?
I think not, on the whole, thanks all the same…
