24 – Season 5

Okay, so now that season 5 of 24 is out I am working my way through it, and I have to say that while I like the show, there is one huge ginormous flaw in the show: There is no way that all of this stuff could take place in 24 hours.

The stories always take place in Los Angeles, and there is no freaking way you could cover that much ground in 24 hours with the traffic here (and here, here, here, here, and here). It is impossible even for the redoubtable Jack Bauer.

I can understand why they skip over this problem at the cost of reality. After all, who wants to watch an hour of this:
