OTB Site Status

I’ve been able to access the site, either to view it or post to it, only intermittently this afternoon. SiteMeter hasn’t shown a decline in traffic, though, so I’m not sure what the deal is. InstaPundit, VodkaPundit, PoliBlog, Command Post, and several other HostingMatters blogs seem to be in the same boat, so I don’t know if it’s the election day traffic surge, a denial of service attack, or sheer coincidence that’s at work.

Update: Apparently, it’s Command Post‘s fault. They broke the Internet. Bastards.

I ain’t quite sure who is hosted on ya’ll’s server, but I, myself, was ‘speriencin’ some major problems here and there, today. Munu has been playin’ live all day, however, so guessin’ Rusty Shackleford ain’t got out of bed yet.

I have accessed this site several times today without problems. I’ll be checking back tonight.

Heh- Before I read the update I was going to say that command-post can take down hosting matters just with all the people posting, (what do they have tonight 200 people posting?)

Just the posting and people reloading to proofread is probably more traffic than the people reading. lol
