365 Days of Working Out

Rather amusing video of 365 days of photos of a rather out-of-shape fellow, John Stone, as he undergoes a workout and diet regimen.

According to the linked website, he actually did this in 2003 but has kept it up.

Your ever observant correspondent and incisive commentator notes that between 06 and 08 seconds the subject in question has shaved his chest hair.

Furthermore, between 10 and 12 seconds, the subject maintains a constant skin tone, indicating exposure to artificial tanning.

Perhaps more significant than the above two observations is a clue to significant improvement in body image. About half way through the video he has discarded shorts portraying a monster over his you know what…

Probably would not have pointed out these salient observations except that this is a rare opportunity to not only the first, but probably the only commentator in an OTB thread!!!

Yea, and between :06 and :07 something happens to his hair – it goes white and he looks much older. Than a couple of seconds later, about the time he shaves his chest hair, his head hair gets dark again. Odd, that.

Also, you guys have spent way too much time analyzing a dude in his underwear.

JT (September 15, 2009 | 07:26 pm) I noticed that too, but felt that as a Christian, I should display some humility and not hog the show.

For a moment or two I gave thought to pointing out that the gentleman in question bod appeared oiled form the middle to end frame, but feared the wrath of Franklin, and his ilk. But, you have to give Franklin credit, the man in question (obviously of libertarian center right persuasion) has a dandy set of work out shorts.
