DON’T BLAME US–WE JUST VOTED FOR IT: The Washington Times has an amusing piece over a flap in DC over parking fines, which were doubled and tripled a couple weeks ago. The DC Council voted for the increases but is outraged that they are being blamed for them, because it was the Mayor’s idea.
