If you missed the news last night, US SOF captured Mohammed Abbas, the leader of the Palestinian Liberation Front terrorist group and mastermind of the 1985 Achille Lauro highjacking.
This is, what, Exhibit 423 in favor of the “Saddam was supporting international terrorism” argument? And it is interesting to note that the Syrian government thwarted Abbas’ attempt to flee to that country. Maybe the Bush Administration’s rhetoric is having the desired effect?
