DODD SITTING 2004 OUT The AP (via NYT) is reporting that Sen. Christopher Dodd of Connecticut will not run for the White House in 2004. Considering that he was by far the second choice among the two Senators from Connecticut (Joe Lieberman being the other), this was the wise choice.
