Polish Neo-Nazis Discover That They’re Jewish

This, my friends, is what you call irony:

(Sept. 25) — Two Polish neo-Nazis who were childhood sweethearts and later became skinheads have discovered what for them is a shocking family secret: They’re actually Jewish.

Whoops.

As you said, perfect irony.  Now they won’t know what to do with themselves.

  2. This is protrayed as uplifting, but I wasn’t inspired as all.  If the only reason you’re no longer a nazi is that you found out you’re Jewish, how have you really redeemed yourself?  Indeed, they fact they immediately went to the most rejectionist form of Judaism possible suggests that they really didn’t learn anything from the episode.  They’re still not anymore accepting of people who are different than them; they just picked a new “them”.

    Who says assimilation doesn’t work!

  4. BlogDog says:

To paraphrase the “Blues Brothers,” “Jewish Nazis? I hate Jewish Nazis!”

  5. DonM says:

Orthodox Judaism is not rejectionist. Rather they welcome honest converts.

  6. The Craw says:

Well, that is just a fine how do you do… they went from anti-Semite Pole to self loathing Jew without ever even having to vote Democrat.
George Soros would be proud of them!

  7. Baby M says:

See! God *does too* have a sense of humor!

  8. memomachine says:

    Hmmmm.

If they were honest about their beliefs they’d go to their skinhead friends and ask, nay *demand*, that they be beaten up for being Jews…..

But I doubt that’ll happen. Just like the anti-leather people never seem to annoy the leather clad Hell’s Angels.

  9. SenatorMark4 says:

i’m really not sure what this is supposed to show. They’re Jewish skinheads. Noam Chomsky is a what? He’s just an experimenter in the power of words. I fully expect for him to die leaving a will saying all his support for things like the Khmer Rouge and other leftists organizations, which ALWAYS love the Jews, was just a lifelong experiment to show that people could be manipulated by language. Bwaahahahahah

  10. LoboSolo says:

I wonder how they feel about Muslims?

  11. Duke of Wellington says:

The fun part of it is that they don’t hold it against themselves for beating up Jews. They’ve forgiven themselves. I wonder if the Jews they beat up have forgiven them?

  12. Orthodox Judaism is not rejectionist

Rejectionist in the sense that they tend to be rather non-accepting of non-Jews. Or even other Jews who don’t believe the exact same thing they do.

Stormy Dragon (or Stormfront as you go by on your lovely little LiveJournal). I must say you are the most typical Eurotrash or American Eurotrash wannabe I have read in a comment section. It would be just like like you to take a cheap shot at someone who bought into Europe at its worst and found out what they really were (Jewish) and tried to make a real life from that knowledge.

Only Europe created genocidist crap like Nazism and Marxism to justify its own sense of superiority and then used those philosophies (Marxism especially) to act like they have been given some form of moral superiority. There are no greater frauds than Europeans and you are a prime example. The world will be a better place when the Arabs DO conquer Europe and destroy its legacy.

    > As you said, perfect irony. Now they won’t know what to do with themselves.

They do, actually. They’re happy Jews now.

    From the story:

“Both 33, they’ve now embraced their Jewish identity and are active in their local orthodox synagogue.”

Still: “I’m not saying that I don’t have regrets but it’s not something that I walk around and lash myself over… I feel sorry for those that I beat up,” Pawel said. “But I don’t hold a grudge against myself.”

Well, of course not. You have to be a human being to have a conscience, without which, you are, at best, a sub-human.

  16. Spider Robinson was right. God IS an iron.

  17. David says:

Hitler himself was apparently a half-jew. Zionism, National Socialism and Communism are more similar than different. All three ideologies, along with Islam, represent the “Semite way” to organize society.

  18. It would be just like like you to take a cheap shot at someone who bought into Europe at its worst and found out what they really were (Jewish) and tried to make a real life from that knowledge.

No, I’m taking a cheap shot at someone who thinks what makes you a good person is what you are rather than what you do. The vast majority of people in the US and European manage to figure out that lynching Jews is wrong without having to find out are Jews first. This is because they have empathy for other people.

These two thinks merely switching from one group to another somehow absolves them of everything they did. It doesn’t, particularly given their apparent total lack of remorse. And yet they’re holding themselves out as superior examples of humanity for this.

  19. moriah says:

Life is a test. We’re are not running things here, Hashem is. G-d is the the one who knows whether they’ve repented or not. The liberal shape shifter Jews who cherry pick halacha intermarry, watch TV on Shabos and bash Orthodox Jews and proper conversion should zip it… How you judge your fellow Jew is precisely how Hashem will judge you…

    Mida kneged mida…

  20. Mr. G says:

    Stormy,

I can agree with “No, I’m taking a cheap shot at someone who thinks what makes you a good person is what you are rather than what you do. The vast majority of people in the US and European manage to figure out that lynching Jews is wrong without having to find out are Jews first. This is because they have empathy for other people.” but that is miles away from “they chose the most rejectionist form of Judaism possible”. One is doubt about a certain individual and the other is a pronouncement on an entire group and that group’s outlook. You specifically chose the 2nd option in your first comment and inferred things about the Jewish religion you probably have no knowledge of.

Whether that was intentional I have no way of knowing. In the same way I have no way of knowing if these people have changed themselves or not.

If you are skeptical of religion and religious people in general let us know in the comment section. There is nothing wrong with an honest skepticism but comments that come as pronouncements from above tend to be the work of trolls.
