    Politico isn’t a blog; it’s a pretty traditional newspaper that’s focuses on the juicy stuff — politics and breaking news.

    The Atlantic and Foreign Policy groups do quite well, I think, at showcasing serious content with a minimum of hype.

    Then Huffpo isn’t a blog because their business model is exactly the same. Politico and Huffpo are well financed blogs. If someone came along and put $10 million into OTB you’d be the same.

    Unfortunately for Megan some REAL economists have her number and are regularly ripping off her face. It will be interesting to see how long the Atlantic sustains the embarrasments.
