THE RETURN OF JOCELYN ELDERS?

The Times of London reports that a UK “Government-backed course is encouraging pupils under 16 to experiment with oral sex, as part of a drive to cut rates of teenage pregnancy.” (link via Drudge) Hmm. Well, I’ve certainly never heard of anyone getting pregnant that way. And, according to a Senior Administration Official in the Clinton White House, oral sex isn’t actually sex. The “but kids will discover sex earlier” counter-argument also strikes me as rather silly. Still, this seems like a strange policy. . . .
