VETO FORTHCOMING?

VETO FORTHCOMING? NYT reports that the foreign ministers of France and Russia will block a “second” Security Council resolution. As I’ve noted several times already, I remain skeptical that they’ll actually do it since it is clear that 1) Bush will ignore the Security Council and go one way or the other and 2) this would render the Security Council an utter joke.
