We’ll have as our special guest Stephen Bainbridge, a UCLA business law professor, expert on corporate governance, and proprietor of the Professor Bainbridge Punditry blog. Steve Verdon also hopes to call in. We’ll be talking about the mess in the financial markets, the various bailout plans, and related matters.
