Rock-Pop Mashups

Mashup videos: Iron Maiden and The Monkees ("The Trooper Believer") and Pink Floyd and Bee Gees ("Stayin' Alive in the Wall")

Doug Farrar instructed me to drop whatever I was doing and watch this mashup of Iron Maiden and The Monkees (“The Trooper Believer”) by Andrew Bucholtz:

It’s well done but somewhat lost on me, as I’m unfamiliar with the Iron Maiden song in question. Much better, since I know both songs, is this Pink Floyd – Bee Gees mashup, “Stayin’ Alive in the Wall.”

There are many, many more of these. I’m astonished at the production value, especially given that they’re apparently done solely for the psychic joy of seeing a lot of hits amassed at YouTube.
