OTB STATUS
I’m back at the office after a delay for–of all things–wind which the Dulles airport was apparently experiencing at sufficiently high levels to cause them to close all but one runway.
Winners of the open caption contest and a new Beltway Traffic Jam will be coming your way this afternoon.
Update (1431): I had some problems with my OTB email account that I have now resolved. The upshot was that I had 1200-odd messages from Message Delivery system, along with comments, Trackbacks, and whatever else might have been sent the last few days. If you sent me anything important and I didn’t respond, it got dumped with the trash.
