    Good for the Justice system

Now let’s hope if he did it (which seems likely) he gets whatever is coming to him

Good. We went collectively kind of nuts after 9/11. It’s time for us to be getting over it.

It seems rather silly to debate whether he would be read his rights, after all, he was raised in America as an American. I’m fairly certain he knows his Miranda rights just like the rest of us and can recite them along with the arresting officer.

  4. The funny thing is that the idiots whining about “giving Miranda rights to terrorists” have absolutely no idea how many criminals completely ignore them and are more than willing to talk for hours.

Although, in this case, it’s a little different since I’m sure his lawyer immediately invoked them for his client and authorities aren’t allowed to question him without his attorney present now that he’s been appointed counsel.

The Obama Admininstration has made the right decision in giving the suspect his Miranda rights and charging him in criminal courts , rather than treating him as an enemy combotant.

HMMMMM, the Democratic Administration, which James and Doug can’t vote for, makes the right decision(again). Meanwhile, the party they DO support with votes , again makes the wrong decision by calling for the suspect to be treated as an enemy combatant and railing against him being Mirandized.

Not saying anything, just documenting a trend.
