Eschaton has a link to a very disturbing story in the Knoxville (Tenn.) News-Sentinel. Very bizarre–and obviously unconstitutional–if true. I lived in the Deep South for a long time, including a brief stint in Chattanooga, and never heard of anything like this. Indeed, I’ve never heard of revivals being held in the daylight, for that matter. They’re usually Friday night/weekend affairs in my limited experience.
