ON WARBLOGS

ON WARBLOGS: Hiawatha Bray has a short piece on Warblogs in the Boston Globe. (Hat tip to InstaPundit)

Nothing particularly new in the piece but I continue to be amused by lines like,”I’d never heard of a blog until a few weeks ago. . . .” PoliBlogger and I were discussing earlier the self-important tone that some of the warblogs had taken on. Given that damned near nobody has heard of any of us, maybe everyone should lighten up a bit about the great contribution to humanity that we’re making here. For all but a handful of us, OTB certainly included, this is just a hobby.

Update: NYT has a piece on warblogs, too, including an interview with Michele Catalano, founder of Command Post.
