MSNBC Breaking News: Martha Stewart has been indicted. I’m glad to see our law enforcement resources put to such good use. Can Kathy Lee Gifford be far behind?

    In keeping with the use of adjectives to identify “perps,” shouldn’t we say “Martha Stewart, Democratic fundraiser and friend of Hillary Clinton, was today indicted…”? I seemed to remember Ken Lay’s name coming up frequently with descriptions linking him to Bush (even though he contributed widely to Democrats).
