Chávez Back to Cuba for Chemo

Via the BBC:  Venezuela’s Hugo Chavez to resume Cuba cancer treatment.

This time, the trip was expressly authorized by the Venezuelan parliament.

It remains unclear (to me, at least) why it is necessary to go to Cuba for the treatments.
