BANDWIDTH WARS: PoliBlogger links an article and has some observations on the inability of the web to keep up with the war. Indeed, as I noted over at Command Post a while ago, Reuters was down for quite some time. And, indeed, even the Command Post blog had to move to a new server, unable to manage hits beyond their wildest expectations.
