March 2004 Stats and Referrers

OTB set a new monthly traffic record, by the slightest of margins, in March. My host shows me with 66,914 unique visits, 165,538 page views, and 402,862 hits. This beat February by a little over 2000 visits but actually substantially fewer page views and hits. While March is, of course, three days longer, I had the frenzy over the Janet Jackson Super Bowl halftime show and a minor InstaLanche substantially inflating my February stats.

Strangely, neither of my most popular posts, based on entry pages, was written in March. Easily the most popular–after a long hiatus from the list, was August 2003’s BRITNEY SPEARS TOPLESS with the aforementioned SUPER BOWL HALFTIME SHOW from February coming in a distant second.

I apologize for the distoration in your ratings. I use to use Andrew Sullivan as my gateway to blogs … but your list is far superior…

Now I have you listed on my Favorites….and Andrew is a distant memory.

I’ll never be a top referrer. Most of my traffic comes from here.

(Well, second to Kate Faber/Farber, Kate And Ashley Nude searches…)
