We used to call the NSA the No Such Agency, because their monitoring of the computer networks on the MIT Campus was the equivalent of someone putting a sheet over his head and thinking because he can’t see out, you can’t see him. Their “suck-down-all-the-packets-and-never-give-anything-back” made them about as obvious as a tarantula on a slice of angel cake.
