Another GOP Candidate Features The “Ground Zero Mosque” Meme In An Ad

Here’s New York Republican/Conservative Party candidate for Governor Rick Lazio in an ad goading his Democratic opponent Andrew Cuomo into taking a position on the mosque issue:

Classic distortion at work here, from the unsourced painting the imam as a terrorist to the question of where his money is coming from — the reality being that there’s not much money coming in at all. And more evidence that our long, polite embargo on 9/11 footage is over.

So it would seem. To me, it’s an indication that this issue isn’t going away anytime soon.
