OTB Status

Posting will be light today as I get settled into the new job. Not only will I likely be busy inprocessing and whatnot, I suspect it’ll be a couple of days before I’ve even got a ‘net account set up at the office. I’m led to believe that I’ll be able to compose the Traffic Jam at some point before leaving, however.

I’ll almost certainly not be checking e-mail until this evening.

It only took 2 weeks for me to get a computer and a network account at my new job. I hear I’m one of the lucky ones, it’s been worse for others…

  2. Best wishes. I hope that everything goes well.

Congrats on the new job! I’m glad something came up for you so soon. My husband has been out of work for over a year – although for much of that time he’s been back in school. He just started looking again about a month ago – and hasn’t gotten even a nibble. It’s discouraging, but eventually things will pick up.

    James,
That is ok, I just started at the primary site for my new job. Luckily, the accounts from my old job migrated or else I would have to wait over 3 weeks to get new accounts.

    Congratulations!
